No need to ruin your weekend constantly refreshing your browser, waiting to see who will testify at next Tuesday’s OSHA hearing. Our elected representatives have decided to have mercy on us and reveal the winners:
In the Republican corner we have:
- Mr. Peter Gerstenberger, Tree Care Industry Association, Inc., testifying on behalf of the Tree Care Industry Association, Inc.
- Mr. J. Gary Hill, J. Gary Hill LLC, testifying on behalf of the National Association of Home Builders
- Mr. Eric E. Hobbs, Ogletree Deakins, testifying on behalf of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce
And on the Democratic side, weighing in as former Assistant Secretary for OSHA back when the world still made sense, is none other than our old friend Dr. David Michaels.
We may have more information on these “stakeholders” before the hearing. But right now, it’s past 6:00 on a Friday evening. Time to crack open a cold brewski and call it a week.
