She was approved in a voice vote to replace former Sen. Al Franken, who resigned amid sexual harassment allegations.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>The HELP Committee\u00a0<\/b>also re-approved four DOL nominees: Patrick Pizzella for deputy labor secretary,<strong> Scott Mugno<\/strong> for assistant labor secretary for occupational safety and health, Cheryl Stanton for administrator of the wage and hour division, and William Beach for commissioner of labor statistics.
