OSHA’s proposed Emergency Temporary Standard that will require employers to ensure that their employees are either vaccinated or tested weekly has been under review by the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA). OIRA has now conducted almost 70 meetings with stakeholders. Close observers think the standard could be issued next week.<\/p>\n
