The House Education and Labor Subcommittees on Workforce Protections, and Civil Rights and Human Services will hold a joint hearing tomorrow morning at 10:15 entitled “Protecting Lives and Livelihoods: Vaccine Requirements and Employee Accommodations.”
The witnesses will discuss the legal aspects of vaccine mandates in general and the forthcoming OSHA standard that will require employees in companies of 100 or more employees to be receive the COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing.
Witnesses will also discuss how religious and health accommodations are likely to work.

The Republican witness will be Mr. Scott Hecker, Senior Counsel, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Washington , D.C.
